Chair Seth Engelberg opened the hybrid meeting at 5 p.m., established a quorum and read continuances for several items (Robert F. Greenhill revocable trust; Town of Nantucket Baxter Road alternatives; Town of Nantucket request for termination of applicability). The commission moved, seconded and approved the agenda as read.
The Nantucket Conservation Commission met March 5, 2026 (hybrid) to hear multiple notices of intent and requests for determinations, consider enforcement options for damage to a Scott's Beach geotube project, and to vote on several orders of conditions. The commission asked the Scott's Beach Preservation Fund to return with engineered plans and a status update and approved a slate of permit orders with conditions and a limited number of waivers.
