Shenandoah City Council met Nov. 13, 2024. Council heard multiple citizen comments opposing a proposed widening of Grogan's Mill Road, approved several Tamina water/sewer and lift-station contract awards (deferring one large West-Side contract), appointed Joe Summerlin to fill an unexpired council seat, approved multiple planning items and sign/permit amendments, and received updates on a veterans memorial and neighborhood traffic enforcement.
