Cowley County commissioners met Oct. 21, 2025, and unanimously approved a package of routine administrative and budgetary items — including a new pay plan, multiple new funds, several policy certifications, and letters of support for local grant applications — and asked staff to proceed with a public-hearing process on a road vacation request from Creswell Township.
