The Emery County Public Lands Council voted to oppose further solar development at the proposed Drunkards Wash site and asked county commissioners for a formal response; members also approved prior minutes, assigned board responsibilities, heard multiple agency reports (including wildlife, parks and BLM updates), and recognized a national volunteer award.
