Monrovia Unified School District held its annual reorganization and regular board meeting, electing new officers and approving a positive certification of the first interim financial report while discussing enrollment declines, reserves and payroll impacts. The board also approved several contracts, a supplemental retirement incentive with limits, and a Memorandum of Understanding with the City to repair the high school pool.
