DeSoto Parish School Board convened for a regular meeting that opened with invocation and recognitions, heard student presentations and program updates, approved routine minutes and several levy-renewal resolutions, and discussed and approved a proposal to grandfather students on majority-to-minority (MDM) transfers with one year of transportation as they transition away from the program.
