At its Sept. 2, 2025 regular meeting in the Simpson County Historic Courthouse, the Fiscal Court adopted the 2025 property tax ordinance lowering the real/personal property rate, approved budget transfers and claims, authorized sheriff vehicle purchases and a temporary bond increase for tax season, appointed a member to the Industrial Authority Board, and approved a $1,000 donation to AMVETS for veteran parking signs.
