Chair Dr. Ignacio Nunez called the March 5, 2025 regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission to order and asked staff to read speaker guidelines and decorum rules (time limits, bell signal, requirement to state name and city).
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Arlington on March 5, 2025 recommended approval of a major rezoning and development plan (PD24-40) to redevelop Lincoln Square as “Anthem,” approved an alternate sign plan that permits a 60-foot monument sign, and approved four additional zoning items including a boundary adjustment for Glory Park, a telecommunication tower SUP, and a small light-industrial rezoning. Public comment included a personal allegation against a physician; the chair denied it.
