The Metropolitan Area Planning Commission opened, approved minutes, approved two lot-split applications (2001 & 2013 E Main and a multi-structure parcel on N 18th/E Randolph), and after a lengthy public hearing recommended a text amendment to Enid Municipal Code Title 11 (zoning) adding accessory dwelling unit (ADU) rules and mixed-use limits (amended to 50%).
