Campbell Design Collaborative presented a small revision to the Simmons Ridge development in Franklin City that would remove six townhomes (reducing the total from 408 to 402), relocate a northern road connection, and identify an off-site sewer alignment; the project will return for a joint workshop on May 23 and a planning commission public hearing on June 27.
