The Skagway Municipality Finance Committee met Oct. 2 to review a proposed resolution (25-22R) to designate the former clinic site for senior or clinic-provider housing, but postponed action pending bond-counsel review of an earlier voter-approved bond ordinance; the committee also recommended a $350,000 phase-1 contract for rock-slide mitigation and discussed aging public laundry facilities.
