Fayette County Board of Commissioners met Jan. 22, 2026. The board received a clean FY2025 audit, recognized longtime planning commissioners, approved one rezoning with conditions, approved several infrastructure contracts and repairs, and deadlocked 2-2 on lodging an objection to a 242-acre annexation by the City of Fayetteville (resulting in no formal objection).
