The DeKalb Planning and Zoning Commission on March 6 approved a staff-recommended variance allowing a 6-foot privacy fence at the 25-foot building line and a 20-by-24-foot detached garage for the property at 200 Saint Andrews Drive after the applicant agreed to the revised location; the vote was unanimous.
