Mount Clemens City Commission received a presentation from the Clinton River Watershed Council (Watertowns) on green-infrastructure concepts for downtown streets and alleys; the commission then conducted routine business including approving an IAFF collective bargaining agreement and routine invoices. The presentation included site-specific renderings, cost estimates and eligibility for a $5,000 matching mini-grant.
