Town of Cary staff told the council a downtown Citizens Convenience Center must vacate railroad right-of-way and close to the public by December 2026; staff presented three options (closure, partial services on-site, or relocating to 801 Old Apex Road) with rough cost estimates and committed to return with cost/impact analyses this spring.
