At its March 11, 2025 regular meeting, the Gladwin County Board of Commissioners unanimously approved the termination of a building-inspection contract, renewed several county contracts and memberships, adopted a fund balance policy, approved procurement and conflict-of-interest policies tied to CDBG-DR projects, authorized several staff trainings and purchases, and authorized emergency CPA consultation regarding IRS filing issues.
