Charlotte County Planning Commission met Nov. 16, 2021, and discussed refinement and temporary holds on two solar projects after public concern, kicked off a comprehensive plan review that flagged solar, battery storage and water quality, and asked staff to draft supplemental regulations for a proposed emergency temporary housing zoning amendment.
