Farmington City Council heard multi-item presentations including a detailed capital improvement and three-phase rehabilitation plan for the 31-year-old Farmington Aquatic Center and gave staff direction to proceed with Phase 1; council also approved parking and pedestrian upgrades at the Fairgrounds Road soccer complex, selected a labyrinth design for Gateway Plaza, reviewed a Main Street impact report, approved a budget adjustment resolution, authorized a Municipal League conference bid, appointed Jodi Brown to the Planning & Zoning Commission, and adjourned.
