Henderson City Council on Oct. 13, 2025 approved an annexation to Ward 4 and a rezoning request, authorized sale of city-owned property, approved the geometric design and materials for a veterans memorial, and discussed water system improvements tied to a $10.7 million loan. Council also set a special-called meeting for Oct. 24 to hold a CDBG public hearing and City Attorney interviews.
