The Buffalo County Board of Commissioners met Dec. 12, 2023, approving routine minutes and payroll, authorizing an $86,088.60 ARPA payment to Oak Creek Engineering, reappointing members to the Kearney Visitors Bureau and the Sheriff Merit Commission, authorizing a juvenile services MOU and grant application, approving multiple nonprofit motor-vehicle tax exemptions, and accepting final construction of the Poole South LPA federal-aid project.
