Lancaster County Council unanimously postponed a second reading on a 71.1-acre rezoning at Charlotte Highway and Laurel Hill Road for 60 days to allow the applicant and neighbors to resolve connectivity concerns; the council approved several other ordinances, a special source revenue credit agreement and budget amendments including $53,214 for EMS oxygen and $75,000 for coroner professional services.
