At its Feb. 25, 2025 meeting, the Southampton County Board of Supervisors unanimously approved a resolution supporting rehabilitation of the Stephen Woods Apartments, scheduled a public hearing on proposed changes to the land-use revalidation requirement, and directed staff to form a committee to address recurring problems at county trash-collection sites after extended public comment about site safety and enforcement.
