A community interview introduced a new four-week culinary and cultural program, "Taste of Cultures," offered by the UF/IFAS Extension — Orange County. Family and consumer science agent Hillary McMichael described course content (recipes, kitchen skills, spice blends, and cultural history) and sign-up options (in-person at the extension office and virtual evening sessions).
