Waukesha City Planning Commission and consultants presented a near-complete rewrite of the zoning code, walked through chapter-by-chapter changes (districts, uses, design, parking, landscape, signs, procedures), responded to commissioners' questions about definitions, aesthetics, parking reductions and buffers, and scheduled a public open house for Feb. 25.
