At its March meeting the Worcester County Planning Commission approved the Park Place Villas site plan (12 multifamily workforce units) with a waiver of the irrigation requirement and a condition to alter a roof feature to meet the 45-foot height limit; staff also announced the county comprehensive plan has been submitted for a 60-day state review and the commission set the short-term rental third-parking-space change effective April 17.
