The Manitowoc Common Council held a regular meeting that included a public hearing and unanimous council approval of an adaptive reuse conditional use permit to allow transitional housing at 1010 Huron Street, public comment urging removal of downtown sharrows, multiple committee reports and a package of routine resolutions and appointments.
