Jackson Town Council met Dec. 1, 2025. Council heard a presentation and public comment on a proposed 30-year special-use-permit housing partnership on Nelson Drive and a $4.05 million ask from the town's employee-housing SPET fund, voted to continue the funding decision to Dec. 15, and approved releasing an RFP and initial budget amendment for ecological monitoring at Kearns Meadow.
