The Arizona Legislature Rules Committee met to consider a mass motion recommending that a list of House and Senate bills and a Senate concurrent resolution be found constitutional and in proper form. Rules attorney Tim Fleming told the committee he reviewed the measures; the committee approved the recommendation 5-0 with three members not voting and then adjourned.
