The Lowell Historic Board met March 9 to hear three public hearings and handle administrative business. The board granted conditional historic permits: one for two mixed‑use buildings at 291 and 341 Jackson Street and one to demolish and replace the former Ashworth/Fury's Tavern building at 43 Fletcher Street; staff enforcement updates and minutes were also approved.
