At its Dec. 7, 2023 meeting the Lunenburg County Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval of a conditional use permit (CUP 10-23) for a service center and convenience store at 1650 K-V Road with new conditions on overnight trash-truck parking and an employee mobile home; the commission also approved a final plat, adopted a 2024 meeting schedule (skipping July), and discussed a Solar Facility Study with a list of ordinance considerations.
