The board paused an effort to unseat a recently appointed member pending a court hearing, approved a personnel stipulation and the reinstatement of an employee with a 45-day unpaid suspension, selected legal firms for general and labor counsel, accepted a board member resignation and voted to advertise the vacancy, and approved recognition of Three Kings Day.
