The Duarte Planning Commission approved a conditional use permit modification allowing Opportunities for Learning charter school to expand into an additional 1,380-square-foot tenant space at 1210 Huntington Drive; staff said parking and enrollment levels will not change. The commission also heard director remarks introducing a new planning manager and discussed local commercial vacancies and park projects.
