La Verne City Council held its April 21, 2025 regular meeting (after a brief closed session), elected Tim Hepburn mayor and selected a mayor pro tem, heard public presentations and community announcements, held public hearings on the utility users tax and paramedic fee (both retained/approved), adopted an updated comprehensive fee schedule, introduced an ordinance to reorganize advisory committees (first reading), and directed architectural features for the Metro A Line pedestrian bridge (choosing an orange-slice motif and uplighting).
