Parma Heights City Council met on Feb. 23, 2026. Council approved a package of resolutions and ordinances including grant acceptance, extensions of a vaping moratorium, engineering work and construction authorizations for local infrastructure, and equipment purchases; council also discussed public safety, recreation programming and Senior Center activity.
