Charleston County Council convened a special finance committee and full council meeting to receive a public outreach update on the Transportation Sales Tax (phase 2), hear public comments, consider zoning and incentive ordinances (including a special source revenue credit and fee-in-lieu agreements) and approve procedural items before adjourning.
