The New Castle County Administrative Finance Committee on March 10 reviewed an ordinance to extend a 10-year real property tax exemption to surviving spouses or domestic partners of residents who die in the line of duty, heard CAO Kenny Dunn explain eligibility and limits, and approved a series of small community grants totaling about $19,064.82.
