Missouri City Parks Board reviewed a proposed parkland dedication ordinance that would raise the money-in-lieu fee to $3,100 per dwelling unit, discussed how credits for trails and encumbered lands would work, and unanimously voted to forward a positive recommendation to City Council. The board was also notified that the City Council voted to dissolve the Arts & Culture Commission and assign its duties to the parks board.
