City planning staff reintroduced the Shoreline Master Program periodic update at the March 10 Planning Commission meeting and outlined what an applicant must do to determine jurisdiction, permit requirements and exemptions; commissioners asked whether earlier work can be reused and about the update schedule. The commission also approved minutes with minor corrections and heard a brief planning department report.
