The Southlake City Council met on Jan. 20, 2026. Council approved a city 70th-anniversary plan (including a goal to plant 2,026 trees), passed ordinances to conform to new state impact-fee law and to add targeted no-parking zones near Carroll High, approved a preliminary plat allowing a gated private street, and adopted contract amendments for two city officials.
