West Warwick Town Council met March 3 to handle routine municipal business including a sewer-plant contract award, selection of a construction manager-at-risk for three school projects, discussion of a project labor agreement feasibility study, and concerns about electricity billing and renewable-energy credits. Several ordinance and appointment items were tabled for further information.
