At its Nov. 14, 2024 regular meeting the Town of Canton Board of Aldermen approved multiple contracts and operational items — including upgrades to the water treatment plant, a contract extension with McGill & Associates for flood recovery, a Southwestern Commission EDA contract, budget amendments for police body cameras, and several tax actions — and appointed Wanda Lurvey as Deputy Finance Director.
