At the Feb. 10, 2025 Edmond City Council meeting, the interim city manager reported a slight decline in combined sales/use tax and outlined capital projects; the council approved two rezoning PUDs (an assisted-living development and a self-storage facility) after staff presentations and public comment, including neighborhood concerns about stormwater and lighting.
