Henderson City Council on Oct. 10, 2022, held a regular meeting that included a public hearing and vote to table a proposed motorsports zoning amendment, approved an order to abate a hazardous property at 292 Weybossett Road, contracted Davenport Public Finance for Kerr Lake project underwriting, and approved reinstatement of some retiree group insurance. Several grant awards and tax releases were also approved.
