The Richardson City Planning Commission met to consider two public hearings: a special permit for a Willowbrae Academy childcare center at 500 N. Coit Road and a special development plan to allow larger signage for a law office at 600 S. Central Expressway. Commissioners approved both items by a 5-0 vote after staff presentations, applicant remarks and one public commenter on the childcare proposal.
