Edmond City Council heard a city manager report with sales-tax trends, heard a presentation on a new wayfinding sign program funded by grants and ARPA, approved several routine appointments and budget amendments including a contract for a mobile license-plate-reader trailer, a donated K-9 purchase and training, a small OSBI grant for a computer, and a change order for the City Center Complex; all motions passed unanimously.
