Nelson County Commission met Nov. 21, 2023. The board approved minutes and financial statements, opened and closed a foreclosure sale (selling multiple parcels including one to a private buyer and two parcels to the City of Petersburg), approved a conditional use permit for a cell tower with a lighting condition, and approved multiple tax abatements; several routine county business items were also handled.
