At a Jan. 5 Gulf Shores City Council work session, council members offered condolences for the late Rev. Chrisy Ennen, the Recreation director announced the Mardi Gras parade will return to Hwy 59 with a reduced $25 entry fee, Gulf Shores High School celebrated a 7th-place finish in the Lt. Governor's Cyber Cup and will start a robotics team, and the council reminded residents of an upcoming E-Cycle event.
