Belgrade City Council met Sept. 15 and unanimously approved two zoning ordinances to allow the Belgrade School District to annex the Ridgeview School and the district bus barn upon future annexation; the council also heard a presentation on the school district's proposed bond for a new elementary and adopted an advisory safety action plan. The council recessed to tour local construction sites and reconvened for reports before adjourning.
