The Nelson County Commission met Sept. 19, 2023, approved routine business and several motions including a $3,500 county cost-share for the Adler‑Moraine maintenance project and a contract with Tyler Technology for taxation, accounting and payroll software (3% cap for three years); the board also approved abatements, courthouse grounds tree replacement and August financials.
