At its Feb. 12, 2026 regular meeting, the Franklin County Fiscal Court unanimously approved multiple bids and resolutions including awards tied to the NRCS Emergency Watershed Protection Home Buyout Program, adopted an amendment to county zoning procedures, and authorized use of remaining AFG funds to buy a washer and dryer for the fire department. Judge Michael Mueller presided; all recorded motions passed unanimously.
